ラジウム照射により治癒せる所謂進行性壞疽性鼻炎

　緒言

　本疾患は1917年カウフマンにより初めて報告されて以来文献上多くの報告例を見るが，その本態は依然不明にして大多数は死の転帰をとつている。最近私共は口蓋部に原発したと思はれる本症例に遭遇し約9ヵ月を経た現在にてなほ再発の兆候なく治癒の状態にあると思はれるので此処にその概要を報告し諸賢の御批判を得たいと思う次第である。

Yoshino reports that a case of progressive necrotic ulcer, pathologically similar to what is known as progvessive necrotic rhinitis, manifested on the soft palate failing to respond to thera-pies using either antibiotics or intravenous sal-varsan, showed a favorable turn to irradiation therapy using radium.
