テトレンによる感音系難聽の1例

　緒言

　四塩化エチレンによる鈎虫駆除成績は，報告によると，駆虫率高く，在来のチモール，ヘノポヂ油，四塩化炭素に比し，副作用の激烈なものがないと云われている．然し坂本氏等は既に本剤服用により惹起せられた神経性難聽の1例を報じているが，吾々も最近斯樣な1例を経験したので，諸家の御参考迄に報告させて頂く次第である．

IZUMI and NAGANUMA report a case of deafness toxfc in origin which was caused by ad-ministration of tetrachlorethylene for ancylosto-miasis. No error was traceable to, elther, the dosage or the method but the following day of its adiministration found the patient complaining of marked tinnitus and deafness. And, even, 2 mon-ths thereafter there was no appreciable improve-ment in this case.
