進行性壞疽性鼻炎の1例

　緒言

　鼻及び口腔附近に見られる所謂進行性壊疽性鼻炎については，既に今日迄に本邦にも相当多数の報告が現われている。然し乍ら本疾患の本態並びに治療法に関しては今尚論議の余地を残し，予後極めて不良の疾患とされている。然るに私は最近本疾患と目す可き一症例を経験し，二三の興味ある知見を得る事が出来たので茲に其の症例を報告し，本症の臨床に少許の貢献を行い度い。

ASAI reports a case of progressive necroticrhinitis in a man aged 57. Inflammatory invo-lvement of the blood vessels appeared to be the most outstanding feature noted in this case. Various means of treatment such as the use of antibiotics, irradiation, cortisone and surgery are used. but the patient died after 3 months of hospitalization. The author states that surgery probably had done the most good in this case.
