バンサン・アンギーナのホモスルハミン局所注射療法—附ホモスルハミンの副作用について

　パンサンアンギーナに對して，私は昭和21年當病院に來てから約3年間は，先人にならつて，6例をサルバルサン靜注で治療し，ほゞ滿足すべき結果を得ていたが，昭和23年末から，ホスルハミン液の局所注射を試み，それに優るとも劣らぬ成績を得たので，こゝに報告し御追試御批判をお願する次第である．

　方法：10％ホモスルハミン液2cc，鎭痛の爲0.5％ボヵイン液2-4cc混合，患側扁桃腺の外側粘膜下2,3ケ所に分注する．

　EDA says that in his hands the use of "homosulfamin", a 10 per cent solution and injected into submucous tissues, has been highly effective tore of Vinceat' s Angina in the 6 cases Observed. All cases began to show improvment of symptoms on the following day after the admistration of the injection and were completely cured in less than 1 week, of time. The author desires confirmatory reports by other clinicians with investigation of the duestion. He also calls attention to the Possibilty of evoking allergic reactions systemic and local with the use of this agent.
