咽頭を主として全身多發せる血管腫の1治驗例

　緒言

　由來，咽頭は，各種腫瘍の好發部位として擧げられている，其の原發腫瘍は惡性腫瘍としては，癌腫，肉腫，良性腫瘍としては，粘液腫，纎維腫，骨腫，軟骨腫，腺腫．血管腫等あり．此の中間を行くとみなさる内被細胞腫も亦咽頭を好發部位とするは，Scheckの記述する所なり．其の理由として，諸器官の複雜な集合なる發生學的のもの，及び常に異常刺戟の反復を受くると云う二次的理由を考える事が出來る．

　私等は，偶々耳科的主訴を有する外來患者に於て，咽頭鼓に顏面，四肢等各所に散在ずる血管腫を見，入院加療，治癒退院後3ケ年餘の遠隔症状を注視したが，再發を認めなかつたので此處に治驗例として報告する．

MAEKAWA and FUKUDA report a case of hemang-toma manifested in a girl aged 9 with lesions in the throat, face and extremities and that waf successfully treated by combined methods of surgery, irradiation by means of radium and roentgen-rays and injectio-ns of "magnesin". Surgical treatment was applied to the extremities and irradiation to facial and mu-cous membrane surfaces the both of was supplemen-ted. by injections of "magnesin". The parts in which curd or improvement have been effected no relapse of the affection has been seen after three years of observation.
