混合性喉頭麻痺2症例

　緒言

　廻帰神経麻痺に多くは同側の他の腦神経麻痺を合併するとき之を混合性喉頭麻痺と称する．從來は此の麻痺が中枢性のものか末梢性のものかはつきりわからなかつたが，第一次欧洲大戰中にその末梢性の多いことが明らかになつたのである．

　本疾患をおこして來る原因は所謂末梢性神経炎を起しうる全身疾患即，黴毒，ヂフテリー，流行性感冒，ロイマチス，アルコール中毒等の場合もあるが又勿論腫瘍乃至炎症性腫脹のための圧迫症状として発現して來る事もある．精査しても原因となり得る因子を探索し得ない場合も可なり多い．

　最近二例の患者を見て，やや趣きを異にはするが結局この疾患の範囲に入れた方が妥当と思われるものを経驗したので追加報告する．

Ohno reports two cases of laryngeal paralysis, The first of which is a woman, 24 years of age, who is affected with paralysis of the ninth, ten-th and eleventh cranial nerves, to which paral-ysis of the seventh nerved is later manifested. The second is in a man 47 years of age, who presented signs of paralysis from the third to eleventh cranial nerves inclusively. Both cases are cured by intrathecal administration of vita-min B₁ and C admixtures. However, recovery in the innervations of laryngeal musculatures is much delayed in comparison to the relative ease with which other nerves had taken place. Abno-rmally long delay is seen in the second case. No etiological factor is discernable in these two cases, excepting that both patients were exposed to severely cold temperature previous to the on-set of th affliction.
