交叉性混合性喉頭麻痺症例

　緒言

　交叉性混合性喉頭麻痺は稀なる疾患であり，本邦においては久保（猪）教授，山本教授，市原氏，他（2例）及び筒井氏の計5例の報告例を見るに過ぎない。私は最近結核性髄膜炎による本症の1例を経験したのでここに報告し諸家の御批判を仰ぎ度い。

In a woman, aged 33, a mixed bilateral paraly-sis of the larynx involving also the optic, facial and glossopharyngeal nerve was found. The cases of this condition was found to be the result of tuberculous meningitis. With institution of anti-tuberculous measures by use of drugs the patient was relieved of her symptoms.
