The pa-tient noted an initial symptom of diplopia and one month later it was followed by profuse po-stnasal discharge accompnied by semilateral, right sided headache. About 9 months following these events there developed symptoms of spee-ch difficulty, a decreased power of grip in tne right hand, hoarseness and dysphagia. Exami-nation of the patient revealed paralysis of both recurrent laryngeal nerves as well as left hypo glossal nerve. The author claims that tne pre-ssent case is the fourth in similar nature so far reportep in the leterature of this country.
