ヂフテリー後麻痺（軟口蓋）に對する頸動脈注射による1治驗例

　1．緒言

　最近私は血清治療を受けていない軽症ヂフテリー患者に於て，軟口蓋の後麻痺を起した一例に遭遇し，ビタミンB₁，Cを混じた葡萄糖液の頸動脈注射により驚異的な治癒促進を経驗したので取り敢えず茲に報告し，御批判を仰がんとする次第である．

Tezuka reports a case of palatine paralysis, which appeared as post-diphtheritic sequalae following a mild attack of the disease that was left untreated, the cure of which is effected with intra-arterial injection of mixed vitamins, B₁ and C.
