注視方向性眼振を伴う混合性喉頭麻痺症例について

A MIXED LARYNGEAL PARESIS COMPLICATED BY NYSTAGMUS TOWARDS THE SIDE OF VISIONAL FIXATION

　Ⅰ．緒言

　症候学上興味深いものに混合性喉頭麻痺がある。これは喉頭麻痺に他の脳神経麻痺が合併した場合をいい，障害神経の組合わせによつていくつかの症候群に細別されている。

　しかし実際には，その原因および罹患部位が多種多様であり，病巣診断の困難である場合が多い。

　A case of medulla oblongata tumor, that manifested a mixed laryngeal paresis which increased in degree with antiflexion of the neck and produced nystagmus towards the side of the point of fixation of the vision, is reported.

　The etiology of the mixed laryngeal paresis and the area of the larynx that it may involve are both wide in range. And it makes determination of the seat of the lesion to become a great difficulty.
