Neuromuscular junctions produced in cultures of spinal cord and limb muscle from fetal rats were subjected to analyse the neurotrophic effects to the muscle. Morphological characteristics of muscle, site of ChE activity and size of ChE reaction were studied during the synaptogenesis and after the denervation, as well.
Following steps were considered as key points for the understanding of trophic effects in thesynaptogenesis.
