膀胱移行上皮癌孤立性異時性脳転移の1例

Solitary Heterochronic Metastasis from Transitional Cell Carcinoma of the Bladder:A Case Report

　患者は70歳，女性。浸潤性の低分化型膀胱移行上皮癌（TCC，G3，pT2）で動注化学療法および放射線療法を施行後，約15か月経過して左半身麻痺が出現した。頭部CTで右前頭葉に孤立性の腫瘍を認め，腫瘍摘出術および術後放射線療法を施行した。摘出標本の病理組織診断は膀胱移行上皮癌脳転移であった。脳腫瘍摘出後，約33か月経過した現在も再発の兆候を認めていない。

A 60-year-old woman with transitional cel1 carcinoma of the bladder (G3,. pT2), which had been treated by arterial infusion of cisplatin and pelvic irradiation therapy 15 months before, presented with left hemiplegia. According to clinical and radiological findings, diagonosis of solotary cerebral metastasis of bladder cancer was confirmed. The brain metastasis was treated by surgery and external irradiation therapy, and the patient has been in complete remission for 33 months.
