膀胱と腸との間の瘻孔形成を他の方法では証明できず，薬用炭の内服によってのみ証明できた2例を報告した。薬用炭の内服は副作用もなく簡単であり，膀胱腸瘻の存在を疑った際にはまず始めに行うべき検査であると思われる。
We report two cases of vesicointestinal fistula diagnosed by only taking of medicinal charcoal. The taking of medicinal charcoal is a safe and simple method, and then should be the first examination of the diagnosis of vesicointestinal fistula.
