　84歳，女性。頻尿を主訴に受診。膀胱内に充満する広基性，非乳頭状の腫瘤を認め，膀胱全摘術ならびに回腸導管造設術を施行した。病理組織診断は移行上皮癌と平滑筋肉腫が接して認められる癌肉腫（衝突腫瘍）であった。

A 84-year old woman was hospitalized with chief com-plaints of pollakisuria.Cystoscopic examination revealed a large non-papillary,non-pedunculated tumor.Total cystectomy with formation of ileal conduit was perfor-med.Histological examination revealed transitional cell carcinoma and leiomyosarcoma of the bladder.We revi-ewed 35 cases of carcinosarcoma of the bladder and the histogenesis of carcinosarcoma of the bladder was discussed.
