　排尿時痛を主訴として来院した73歳，男性。尿路感染症を認め，まずこの治療を施行した。その後施行した膀胱鏡検査にて，膀胱後壁から左壁にかけて非乳頭状広基性腫瘍を認めた。病理検査結果は肉腫様癌であった。根治的膀胱全摘除術，代用膀胱造設術を施行したが，2年後に再発し死亡した。

A 73-year-old man complaining of miction pain was recognized to have urinary infection,for which antibiotics were given. We performed the cystoscopy and a non-papillary and broad based tumor was found located in the posterior bladder wall. Histological findings were consistent with the sarcomatoid tumor. We performed the total cystectomy with the construction of orthotopic reservoir. He died of the recurrence 24months after surgery.（Rinsho Hinyokika 58：315-317,2004）
