膀胱癌肉腫の3例

THREE CASES OF CARCINOSARCOMA OF THE URISARY BLADDER

　膀胱癌肉腫を最近7年間に3例経験した．症例1は62歳，男性．経尿道的切除（17g）術後，化学療法と放射線療法を施行し7年3ヵ月再発を認めない．症例2は63歳，女性．経尿道的切除（30g）術後3年3ヵ月再発を認めない．症例3は85歳，男性．経尿道的切除（30g）術後3ヵ月で再発し膀胱全摘回腸導管造設術を施行．術後1年3ヵ月目に肝不全で死亡，病理解剖で再発転移を認めなかった．これらより膀胱癌肉腫は必ずしも予後の悪い腫瘍とは考えられない．

In the past 7 years, we have experienced three cases of bladder carcinosarcoma. Case 1 was a 62-year-old male who had undergone chemotherapy and radiotherapy following transurethral resection (17 g) and had shown no recurence over a period 7 years and 3 months. Case 2 was a 63-year-old female who had shown no recurrence over a period of 3 years and 3 months following transurethral resection (30 g). Case 3 was a 85 -year-old male. Recurrence occurred 3 months after transurethral resection (30 g), and total cystectomy with formation of ileal conduit were perfomed. He died of hepatic failure one year and 3 months postoperatively.
