膀胱肉腫様癌の1例

Sarcomatoid Carcinoma of the Bladder

　症例は70歳，女性。左側壁に広基性の膀胱腫瘍を認めた。膀胱全摘および左尿管皮膚瘻を施行した。腫瘍は紡錘形細胞のみで構成されており，腫瘍全体はepithelial membraneantigen（以下，EMA）により強陽性に染色され，膀胱肉腫様癌pT3aと診断された。術後骨盤腔に45Gyの放射線照射を行い，8か月再発を認めていない。

The patient was a 70-year-old women with a broad-basedbladder tumor at the left wall.Radical cystectomy andureterocutaneostomy was perfomed. Microscopicaly tumorwas consisted of spindle cells only and there were notransitional elements. But tumor stained strongly positivefor epithelial membrane antigen. So, final diagnosis wassarcomatoid carcinoma, pT3a. Post-operative irradiationto the pelvic cavity was done. The patient has remainedwell without any evidence of recurrence for 8 monthesafter operation.
