膀胱癌肉腫の1例

CARCINOSARCOMA OF URINARY BLADDER: A CASE REPORT

　71歳，男性。無症候性肉眼的血尿を主訴に受診。膀胱鏡検査，CTなどで膀胱三角部後方に巨大非乳頭状腫瘍を認めたため，膀胱全摘除術を施行。病理組織学的診断は平滑筋肉腫と移行上皮癌の混合腫瘍で癌肉腫と診断した。4か月後，腹腔内および骨盤内に再発し，死亡した。

A 71-year-old man was hospitalized with a chief com-plaint of asymptomatic gross hematuria. Cystoscopy and CT scan revealed a large invasive tumor at the posterior wall of the trigone. We performed total cystectomy with formation of ileal conduit. Histologically, this tumor was consisted of transitional cell carcinoma (G2) and leiomyosarcoma, therefore, diagnosis of carcinosarcoma was made. Unfortunately, the patient died 4 months after the operation due to recurrence in the abdominal and the pelvic cavity.
