17年前に骨盤腎に対し腎盂形成術を施行されたが，再度水腎症を来たし，内視鏡的切開を施行し良好な結果が得られた稀な症例を経験したので報告する。
We describe a 31 year old woman who underwent per-cutaneous endopyelotomy to treat UPJ-obstruction of left pelvic kidney which showed marked hydronephrisis 17 years after UPJ plasty (Y-V plasty).IVP and diuresis renogram shows the improvement of urine flow after the operation.
