膀胱憩室内に発生した癌肉腫

CARCINOSARCOMA OF THE URINARY BLADDER DIVERTICULUM: A CASE REPORT

　70歳，女性．無症候性肉眼的血尿を主訴に受診．膀胱憩室腫瘍の診断で手術を施行した．憩室内には灰白色半透明の粘液様物質と乳頭状腫瘍を認めた．病理組織診断は，横紋筋肉腫と移行上皮癌で，膀胱憩室内に発生した癌肉腫と診断した．

The patient was a 70-year-old women with chief complaint of intermittent gross hematuria. Partial cystectomy was performed. Histologically, the tumor contained two elements : rhabdomyosarcoma and transitional cell carcinoma. Treatment was not performed. But patient has no evidence of recurrence for twenty months postoperatively. The related literature is also reviewed.
