　50歳，男性。主訴は肉眼的血尿。膀胱鏡検査で右側壁より頂部にかけて粘膜下腫瘍を思わせる腫瘤を認めた。また尿細胞診では，異型リンパ球を認め悪性リンパ腫を強く疑わせる所見であった。経尿道的生検の結果，びまん性中細胞型悪性リンパ腫B細胞型であった。化学療法（CHOP療法）を施行したところ，腫瘍の著明な縮小を認めた。膀胱原発の悪性リンパ腫として，筆者らが調べ得た限り本邦28例目と考えられた。

A 50-year-old man was admitted with the chief complaint of asymptomatic gross hematuria. Cystoscopic examination showed a submucosal tumor in the right lateral wall to the apex of the bladder. Cytological examination revealed atypical lymphoid cells, and malignant lymphoma was suspected. Pathological exami-nation of transurethral biopsy revealed the characteristic features of non-Hodgkin malignant lymphoma. Combination chemotherapy (cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine and prednisolon) were performed, and pelvic CT scan demonstrated disappearance of the submucosal bladder tumor after 4 courses of chemo-therapy.
