女性尿道に発生した神経線維腫の1例

NEUROFIBROMA OF FEMALE URETHRA

　症例は65歳，女性。排尿困難を主訴に受診し，局所診察にて外尿道口より突出する直径約lcmの腫瘤を認めた。腫瘤は表面平滑，弾性硬で圧痛はなかった。腫瘍マーカーは正常でX線学的検査上異常所見なし。尿道腫瘍を疑い腫瘤切除を行った結果，神経線維腫との結果を得た。尿道以外にカフェオレ斑などvon Recklinghausen病の合併を示唆する所見はなく，孤立性の神経線維腫と診断した。尿道に発生する神経線維腫は稀で，過去国内外の報告は7例，本症例が8例目と思われる。これまで，再発，悪性化は報告されておらず，本症例も術後4か月を経過した現在，腫瘍の増大は認めず排尿状態も良好である。

A sixty-five year old women visited our hospital complaining of difficult voiding for four months. A solid mass of 1cm in diameter on external urethral orifice was noted on genital examination. The tumor was smooth surfaced and was firm in consistency. Pathological diagnosis after resection was neurofibromaoriginated from urethral meatus. No other findings suggesting neurofibromatosis were seen. Neurofibromas localized in the urethra has rarely been reported in the literature, and our case seems to be the 8 th report inthe world.
