成人にみられた原発性膀胱横紋筋肉腫

PRIMARY RHABDMYOSARCOMA OF THE BLADDER IN AN ADULT WOMAN

　52歳，女性。主訴は肉眼的血尿。膀胱鏡検査にて右側壁より頂部にかけて広基性非乳頭状腫瘍を認めた。膀胱腫瘍の診断で経尿道的腫瘍切除術を施行し，組織診断は，横紋筋肉腫であった。全身および腹腔鏡による膀胱周囲の検索を行った結果，膀胱原発の限局性腫瘍と診断，膀胱部分切除術を施行した。成人に発生した膀胱横紋筋肉腫は，われわれが調べ得た限り本邦24例目と考えられた。

A 52 year-old woman was hosptalized with the chief complaints of gross hematuria. Cystoscopicexamination revealed a broadbased, non-papillary tumor located between the right wall and apex of thebladder. The pathological findings of the specimen obtained by TUR BT was embryonal type rhabdmyosar-coma. This tumor was thought to be primary bladder tumor and localized to bladder after several examina-tions. therefore partial cystectomy was performed. 24 cases of adult rhabdomyosarcoma of the bladder hasbeen reported in the Japanese literature including our present case.
