急激な転機をとった膀胱原発悪性リンパ腫

A Case of Primary Malignant Lymphoma of the Bladder Progressed Rapidly

　症例は82歳，女性。頻尿を主訴に受診した。抗生剤の内服で治療したが症状の改善はなく，膀胱鏡検査にて広基性の腫瘤を認めた。入院後，経尿道的腫瘍生検を行ったが，同日より急性腎不全の状態になり，多臓器不全に移行し死亡した。組織学的診断は悪性リンパ腫（びまん性，混合細胞型）であった。

A 82-year-old woman was admitted with the chief complaintof urinary frequency. Cystoscopy showed a non-papillarybroad-based tumor localized on the left lateral wall of thebladder.Urine cytology showed class V. CT and MRIrevealed an invasive bladder tumor about 15cm in diameterin the pelvic spase. After admission, transurethral biopsywas done, however she died of multiple organ failure fol-lowed by acute renal failure, one month after the first visit.
