膀胱原発悪性黒色腫

PRIMARY MALIGNANT MELANOMA OF THE URINARY BLADDER : A CASE REPORT

　90歳女性。肉眼的血尿，膀胱刺激症状を主訴に近医受診。超音波検査より膀胱腫瘍が疑われ，当科紹介受診となった。膀胱頸部に非乳頭状広基性腫瘍を認め，経尿道的腫瘍切除術を施行。全身検索および病理診断にて，膀胱に原発した悪性黒色腫と考えられた。膀胱原発の悪性黒色腫はきわめて稀で，本邦において自験例は2例目である。

A 90-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital with macrohematuria and bladder irritative symptoms. Cysto-scopic examination revealed a non-papillary, non-pedunculated tumor at the bladder neck. Transurethral resection of bladder tumor was performed. Histological examination revealed malignant melanoma. Primary malignant melanoma of the urinary bladder is very rare, and this is the second case report in accumulated Japanese literatures.
