　嚢胞を伴った腎細胞癌の2例を経験したので報告する．症例1は19歳男性で，無症候性肉眼的血尿を主訴に当科を受診．症例2は68歳女性で，尿潜血反応陽性を指摘され当科を受診．いずれも腎嚢胞と腫瘍の合併と診断され腎摘出術を施行，病理組織学的には両症例とも腎細胞癌であった．嚢胞と腫瘍との合併様式は症例1はKaiserら^4）の分類している5型であり，症例2は2型と思われた．

Co-existence of cyst and tumor in the same kidney is considered rare. We have experienced two cases in which ultrasonography and computed tomography of abdominal region revealed co-existence of cyst and tumor in the right kidney. Case 1 is 19-year-old man with asymptomatic macrohematuria, who underwent right radical nephrectomy. The cyst of removed kidney was filled with clear yellowish fluid. Case 2 is 68-year -old woman with microhematuria, who also underwent right radical nephrectomy. The content of the cyst was clear yellowish fluid, clotting and necrotic substance. Both histological findings showed renal cell carcinoma.
