腎嚢胞内の壊死化した腎細胞癌

A CASE OF INTRACYSTIC RENAL CELL CARCINOMA WITH EXTENSIVE TUMOR NECROSIS OF SOLITARY KIDNEY

　症例は61歳の女性。右腎嚢胞と嚢胞内腫瘤を超音波検査において指摘された。CT，MRI，動脈造影，嚢胞穿刺が施行され，嚢胞内の腎細胞癌が強く疑われた。腎結核による左腎摘除の既往のため，右腎部分切除術が施行され，病理検査において腎嚢胞内に広範な壊死構造を有した，淡明細胞亜型の腎細胞癌が確認された。

The patient was a 61 year-old female. A right renal cyst and intracystic mass was found in right kidney by ultrasoundsonography.

Intracystic renal cell carcinoma was suspected by CT scan, MR imaging and percutaneous cyst puncture.

We performed right partial nephrectomy because left nephrectomy had been already done due to renal tuberculosis.

Histologically, the tumor revealed renal cell carcinoma of clear cell subtype with extensive tumor necrosis. The patient was a 61 year-old female. A right renal cyst and intracystic mass was found in right kidney by ultrasoundsonography.
