右心房内腫瘍血栓摘出術を行った腎細胞癌

66歳，男性．2日前よりの肉眼的血尿を主訴に当院受診．同日入院し，超音波，血管造影，CT等諸検査にて，下大静脈，右心房と続く腫瘍血栓を伴う右腎腫瘍と診断した．人工心肺下に，腎摘除術および腫瘍血栓摘除術を施行し，良好な結果が得られた．術後6ヵ月を経過したが，再発転移共に認めていない．
A 66-year-old man entered our hospital because of macrohematuria. Echo, CT, and AG revealed a right renal tumor with tumor thrombus extending into the vena cava and the right atrium. Nephrectomy and removal of the tumor thrombus were performed under cardiopulmonary bypass. Post operative course was uneventful. Six month has passed since operation without recurrence and metastasis.
