多房性腎嚢胞と腎実質に同時発生した腎細胞癌

MULTILOCULAR CYST WITH RENAL CELL CARCINOMA AND SOLID RENAL CELL CARCINOMA ARIZING FROM SAME KIDNEY:A CASE REPORT

　73歳，男性。腹部エコーで左腎腫瘤を指摘され，精査の結果腎細胞癌の診断にて根治的腎摘除術を施行した。摘出標本では肉眼的に同一腎に充実性腫瘍と多房性腎嚢胞が認められた。病理組織学的には充実性部分は腎細胞癌と診断された。さらに多房性腎嚢胞の嚢胞壁にも腎細胞癌が認められた。両者の合併は本邦第1例目である。

A 73-year-old man was pointed out left renal mass by ultrasonography. He was diagnosed as left renalcarcinoma by radiological examinations. Radical left nephrectomy was performed. Co-existence ofmultilocular cyst and solid renal cell carcinoma was grossly found in the same kidney. Histopathologicalexamination revealed renal cell carcinoma in the solid lesion and the multilocular cyst. This is the firstdomestic case report of multilocular cyst with renal cell carcinoma and solid renal cell carcinoma existedindependently in the same kidney.
