腎脂肪腫の1例

RENAL LIPOMA:A CASE REPORT

　54歳，女性．顕微鏡的血尿の精査のため来院した．その他の自覚症状はなく，血液所見も正常であった．静脈性腎盂造影で右腎に腫瘤性病変を認め，超音波検査では高エコー，CTでは低濃度，腎動脈造影では腫瘍血管新生のみられない腫瘍であった．右腎脂肪腫を疑って腎摘除術を行った．腫瘍の大きさは6×5×4cmで，組織学的には成熟した脂肪細胞よりなる脂肪腫であった．自験例を含めた本邦症例14例について検討を行った．

Renal lipoma is a rare disease. In Japan only 13 cases of pure lipoma have been reported heretofore. In the present study we present a case of lipoma diagnosed on the basis of CT scan and ultrasonography. The patient was a 54-year-old woman who visited us for closer examination for microscopic hematuria. Intra-venous pyelography revealed a mass lesion in the right kidney. It was hyperechoic by ultrasonography. By CT scan it showed low density. Renal angiographic findings revealed an avascular tumor. The patient was diagnosed to have right renal lipoma, for which nephrectomy was carried out.
