　症例は52歳，男性。右陰嚢内腫瘤を主訴に近医を受診し，増大傾向を認めたために右高位精巣摘出術を施行された。病理組織学的に確定診断がつかないまま経過観察されていたが，当院での加療を希望し来院した。病理組織学的には精索脂肪肉腫であった。画像検査上は残存腫瘍，遠隔転移を疑う所見を認めなかった。術後補助療法として放射線療法（50Gy）を施行した。術後約1年を経過したが，局所再発および遠隔転移を認めていない。

A 52-year-old male noticed right scrotal swelling in Nov. 1995, and visited nearby hospital. Right high inguinal orchiectomy was performed and he was diagnosed as "sarcoma" of the right spermatic cord. He came to our hospital two months after operation for further examina-tions and treatment. Pathological diagnosis was mixed form of liposarcoma originated from spermatic cord showing a combination of well differentiated and pleomorphic liposarcoma. No local reccurrence nor metastasis has developed until one-year after the opera-tion. As post-operative adjuvant therapy, radiotherapy for right inguinal lesion was performed.
