精索脂肪肉腫の1例

SPERMATIC CORD LIPOSARCOMA: A CASE REPORT

　症例は68歳男性で，半年前よりの無症候性左陰嚢内容の腫大を主訴として受診。左陰嚢部から鼠径部にかけて硬い腫瘤を触知し，精管炎の診断で抗生剤投与を行ったが，腫瘤は残存したため，精索腫瘍疑いにて高位除睾術を施行した。病理の結果は，分化型脂肪肉腫であった。術後補助療法として放射線療法（55Gy）を施行，以後外来にて経過観察中であるが，術後1年4か月の現在，局所再発，遠隔転移とも認めていない。

A 68-year-old male was admitted to our hospital with painless left inguinal swelling. Left radical orchiectomy was performed. Histologic examination revealed well-differentiated liposarcoma of the spermatic cord. Radia-tion was performed as adjuvant therapy. Postoperative course was uneventful with no evidence of recurrence for 1 year and 4 months after the operation.
