精索脂肪腫

A CASE OF LIPOMA OF THE SPERMATIC CORD

　77歳，男性。3年前より右陰嚢内容の腫脹に気づいていたが放置。右陰嚢内に小鶏卵大，弾性軟，透光性のある腫瘤を触知し，睾丸および副睾丸とは区別された。当院で腫瘤摘出術を施行し，重量100g，大きさ7.5×5．O×4．Ocm表面平滑で，割面は黄色均一であった。組織学的には脂肪腫であり，異型像を認めなかった。

The patient was a 77-year-old man who complained of right scrotal swelling. The tumor was removed and was 7. 5 × 5. 0 × 4. 0 cm in size and weighed 100 gr. Microscopic examination revealed lipoma without cellular atypism. We reviewed 54 benign lipomas arising from the scrotum and the spermatic cord reported in Japan.
