後腹膜に発生した悪性線維性組織球腫の1例

A CASE OF RETROPERITONEAL MALIGNANT FIBROUS HISTIOCYTOMA

緒言

　悪性線維性組織球腫，malignant fibrous histio-cytoma （以下MFHと略す）の発生部位は主として四肢に多く，後腹膜腔には稀である。最近われわれは後腹膜に発生したMFHの1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

The patient was a 71-year-old female with chief complaints of a left abdominal mass and an anemia. Abdominal CT scan demonstrated a retroperitoneal mass locating below the left kidney which was not homogenous. Angiographic studies showed no neovascularity and tumor stein in the tumor. A diagnosis of left retroperitoneal tumor was made, and an operation was carried out by the thoraco-abdominal approach. The resected tumor was 13×11.5×9 cm in size and 400g in weight.
