緒言

　尿道輪状狭窄は女性の末梢部尿道あるいは男性の尿道球部の先天性の輪状の狭窄と考えられているが，われわれは尿線細小と苒延性排尿を主訴とした小児の尿道輪状狭窄の1例を経験し，カテーテルの太さを変えて施行する尿道内圧測定法（以下カテーテルサイズ変換UPP）が，本症の診断に有用と思われたので報告する。

A seven-year-old boy visited our hospital with the complaints of protruction and poor urinary stream. Retrograde cysto-urethrography and voiding cysto-urethrography revealed the stenosis of bulbous urethra and dilatation of posterior urethra. Subsequently, we performed urethral pressure profilometry, changing the catheter serially from minute size to the large (catheter size changed urethral pressure profilometry) and noticed the two parabolic curves on UPP which was recorded by larger catheter.
