腎盂に発生した炎症性偽腫瘍

Inflammatory Pseudotumor of the Renal Pelvis:A Case Report

　74歳，男性。主訴は肉眼的血尿。腹部CT上，右側巨大腎盂とその腎盂内に3×2.7cmの腫瘤を認めた。腫瘤は画像上急速な増大を示し，腎盂腫瘍などの悪性を否定できなかったため，手術を施行した。術中迅速組織診にて炎症性偽腫瘍の診断を得たため，単純左腎摘除術を施行した。腎盂に発生した炎症性偽腫瘍の症例は，筆者らが調べ得たかぎりでは世界初の報告と思われる。

A 74-year-old man presented with macrohematuria. Abdominal CT revealed a 3×2.7cm tumor located at the anterior wall of the dilated right renal pelvis. Since preopera-tive diagnosis of the tumor was impossible, surgery was performed. Since the diagnosis of inflammatory pseudotu-mor was confirmed during surgical exploratio, left simple nephrectomy was performed. To our knowledge, this is the first case of inflammatory pseudotumor of the renal pelvis reported in the world literature.
