傍腎性仮性嚢胞を伴つた腎盂腫瘍の1例

A CASE OF RENAL PELVIC TUMOR ASSOCIATED WITH PARARENAL PSEUDOCYST

緒言

　腎周囲あるいは腎の近くに液体が貯留して嚢胞を形成する疾患は，1834年，Hawkins^1）がはじめてpararenal pseudohydronephrosisとして報告して以来，比較的まれでその名称もまだ統一されてはいないが，最近では，pararenal pseudocyst（傍腎性仮性嚢胞）として報告されるものが多いようである^2,3）。

　われわれは最近，本症に腎盂腫瘍を合併した1例を経験したので報告する。

A 62-year-old woman visited Tottori University Hospital with the chief complaint of left abdominal pain on March 11, 1980. She was diagnosed as left renal pelvic tumor with renal cyst and left complete nephroureterectomy was performed on April 18, 1980. The left kidney was laterally surrounded with a huge cystic mass in the retroperitoneal cavity. The removed specimen showed the papillary tumor formation in the left renal pelvis and renal parenchyma, but there was no ureteral stenosis. Tumor tissue was composed of transitional cell carcinoma, grade III histologically, and furthermore it invaded to the renal cortex.
