原発性尿管腺癌の1例

A Case Report:Primary Adenocarcinoma of the Ureter Suspected of Ureteral Stone

　症例は80歳，男性。右下腹部痛を主訴に外来を受診した。右尿管結石を疑い，KUB，IVP，腹部CTを施行したが結石は認められなかった。尿管鏡を施行し腫瘍を生検，腺癌の結果であった。原発巣の精査を行ったが，原発と考えられる腫瘍は認められず，原発性尿管腺癌の診断で右腎尿管全摘術を施行した。病理組織検査にて尿管腺癌の診断であった。尿管原発の腺癌は非常に稀な疾患であり，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

An 80-year-old man was referred to our clinic with thechief complaint of lower right abdominal pain. Suspect-ing right ureteral stone, KUB, IVP and CT were per-formed, which revealed no ureteral stone, but a mass inthe right ureter. For further examinaton, rightureteroscopy was done, and a biopsy specimen takenfrom the lesion showed adenocarcinoma. Primary tumorwas unable to be elucidated ahd right nephroureterec-tomy with bludder cuff resection was performed. A fol-low up with CT scan taken 6 months postoperativelyshowed no evidence of recurrence.
