両側非同時発生尿管腫瘍および膀胱腫瘍にS状結腸癌を合併した重複癌の1例

BILATERAL ASYNCHRONOUS URETERAL NEOPLASMS AND BLADDER CARCINOMA ASSOCIATED WITH SIGMOID COLON CANCER: A CASE REPORT

緒言

　重複癌は1879年のBillroth^1）の報告が最初である。今回われわれは両側非同時発生尿管腫瘍および膀胱腫瘍にS状結腸癌を合併した重複癌の症例を経験したので報告する。

In June of 1970, a 47-year-old man visited our clinic with with the chief complaint of symptomatic gross hematuria. A cystoscopy showed a walnut-sized papillary tumor near the right ureteral orifice. An intravenous pyelography showed a fusiform filling defect in the lower portion of the right ureter.

Surgical findings revealed a papillary tumor in the lower portion of the right ureter and posterior portion of the right ureteral orifice in the bladder, and a fist-sized mass was also disclosed in the sigmoid colon which adhered to the bladder.
