緒言

　尿管異所開口は教室の沼里ら^1）が報告したごとく，本邦の男子報告例は比較的稀である。

　最近われわれは，右不完全重複腎盂尿管と水尿管症を伴つた後部尿道に開口した1例を経験したので報告する。

The patient, a man aged 23 years, visited our department for the examination of urinary tract and ejaculative dificiens. DIPs showed right incomplete double renal pelvis and ureter with right hydroureter. At cystoscopy, the right half of the trigone was hypoplastic and right ureter orifice was absent. The orifice of right ureter opened in the posterior urethra. Internal urethral orifice was widely opened. The right ureteral pressure-flow study showed no obstruction. And, retrograde ejaculation was found to be due to regurgitate of the semen into the bladder.
