尿管瘤を疑わせた男子単一性異所開口尿管の1例

A CASE OF SINGLE ECTOPIC URETER SIMULATING ECTOPIC URETEROCELE IN A BOY

緒言

　近年の小児泌尿器科の発達に伴い，異所開口尿管や異所性尿管瘤の報告は非常に増加して来ている。今回われわれは尿管瘤を思わせる膀胱内陰影欠損が，その後の内視鏡を中心とする諸検査にて，形成不全に陥つている膀胱三角部に拡張した異所開口尿管下端が膨隆したものであると判明した1例を経験したので報告する。

A three-month-old boy was referred to our clinic for further investigation of left non-visualizing kidney and intravesical filling defect. He had already been undergone an exploration of the left intras-crotal mass, which turned out to be a non-specific epididymal abscess.

The child was a product of normal pregnancy and delivery. His early development was normal. Voiding cystourethrogram showed reflux in massively dilated left ureter.
