男性尿管異所開口の1例

A CASE OF A SINGLE ECTOPIC URETER FOUND UNEXPECTEDLY IN A 67-YEAR-OLD MAN

はじめに

　千葉^1）の本邦における異常開口尿管例，178例の統計をみると，男性5例，女性173例と男性の報告例はきわめて少ない。今回われわれは，尿閉を主訴として受診し，尿管異所開口，前立腺肥大症であつた67歳の男性例を経験したので報告する。

A 67-year-old man presented in October, 1982 with a one year history of difficult voiding and subsequent urinary retention. Physical examination revealed an enlarged prostate, suggesting benign prostatic hypertrophy. Retrograde urethrography, however, showed a reflux of contrast material into a retrourethral tubular structure besides spreading and elongation of prostatic urethra. IVP demonstrated hydronephrosis of the left kidney but the renal function was so deteriorated that the left ureter was not visualized.
