緒言

　腹部単純撮影で，腎陰影に一致してみられる石灰化陰影の多くは尿路結石である。非尿石性の石灰化陰影は，腎腫瘍に認められることがあり，特に腫瘍の内部に認められた場合，87％の可能性で悪性であるという^1）。

　われわれは，胃検診により腎部に円形石灰化陰影が認められ，手術により石灰化腎嚢胞を確認した1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

The patient was 53-year-old woman, who had been pointed out calcified mass on X-ray examina-tion of stomach. The calcified mass was relatively close to the lower pole of the left kidney. The size of the mass on X-ray film was 3.0×3.2cm and the shape was like an egg-shell. On the excretory urogram, no deformation or obstruction was observed on the urinary tract. On the computed tomogra-phy, radio-positive circular structure was found on the anterior wall of the left kidney. To exclude the malignancy of the mass operation was performed.
