尿管精路異所開口の2例

Ectopic Ureteral Opening:Two Case Reports

　尿管精路異所開口の2例を経験した。［症例1］は43歳，男性。尿潜血を主訴に受診し，MRIにて左腎低形成，左尿管の拡張，精嚢の嚢胞状の腫大を認め，左腎尿管精嚢摘出術を施行した。尿管は射精管に開口していた。［症例2］は22歳，男性。排尿痛を主訴に受診し，右精管造影にて精嚢の腫大および右尿管も造影された。CTにて右腎の低形成も認め，右腎尿管精嚢摘出術を施行した。尿管は精管膨大部に開口していた。

Two cases of ectopic ureteral openings are reported. The first case was 43-year-old man with chief complaint of occult blood in urine. MRI showed left hypoplastic kidney, huge dilatation of left ureter and cystic enlargement of seminal vesicle. Left nephroureterovesiculectomy was performed. Left ectopic ureter opened into the ejaculatory duct. Second case was 22-year-old man with chief complaint of miction pain.
