TWO CASES OF ECTOPIC URETERAL OPENING

緒言

　尿管異所開口は本邦でもすでに460例余りの報告があるが，やはり稀有な疾患の一つであり，診断，治療の面でなおいくつかの問題点がある。最近われわれは本症の2例を経験したので報告するとともに，若干の文献的考察を加えてみた。

Two cases of ectopic ureteral opening are reported herein.

Case 1. A 30-year-old house wife with a history of recurrent pyelonephritis was found to have a mass in the vagina during the later period of recent pregnancy. After the delivery by Cesarean section in 1976, urological examination disclosed ectopic ureteral opening at the urethra and the dilated terminal ureter protruded to the vagina, which was type III of Thom's classification. Left heminephrectomy and total ureterectomy were carried out.
