緒言
腎盂扁平上皮癌は腎盂腫瘍のうち15.2％（Wagleら1））と比較的稀で予後不良な疾患である。われわれはThorotrast腎に発生したと考えられる腎盂扁平上皮癌の稀有なる1例を経験したので文献的考察を加えて報告する。
A 69-year-old man was admitted complaining of left flank pain. Plain film showed dense opaque linear shadows in the regions of bilateral kidneys. Left nephrectomy was performed because of nonfunc-tional kidney. Histological examination revealed squamous cell carcinoma of renal pelvis. The patient died of the carcinoma 75 days after the operation. Metastases were recognized almost all of the organs involved and the opposite kidney at autopsy.
