心因性尿閉の1例

PSYCHOGENIC URINARY RETENTION: REPORT OF A CASE

緒言

　膀胱は心の鏡とも言われ，排尿行為に対しては心理的影響が強く現われてくる。われわれは今回，心因性尿閉と診断した女子症例を経験したので，若干の考察を加え報告する。

A fifteen-year-old girl presented recurrent episodes of urinary retention and numbness of the right lower extremity. General physical examination was unremarkable, but neurological examination was abnormal only in the sensory realm. An intravenous pyelogram and cystoscopy were normal. Cysto-metrogram revealed a hypotonic pattern with the capacity of 450ml. Multiple attempts of voiding were done by Valsalva and Crede maneuvers without success. Results of lumbar puncture and myelogram were normal, and electroencephalogram was also normal.
