緒言

　陰嚢内血管腫は稀な疾患で，本邦では，これまでにリンパ管腫を伴つた血管腫を含め15例がみられるにすぎない。今回，われわれは小児にみられた陰嚢内血管腫を経験したので若干の考察を加えて報告する。

A case of hemangioma of the scrotum found in a two-year-old boy whose major complaints were subcutneous bleeding of the left scrotum and a tumor in the same region was reported. A resilient, hard, nontransilluminous, painless tumor was palpated in the left scrotum along the spermatic cord, but not near the testis or the spermatic cord. Various tests revealed unremarkable findings. The tumor extracted measured 5.8×4.2×1.5cm and weighed 7.5g. It was almost spherical and resilient and hard. It consisted of three tumors measuring 1.5×1.5×2.5cm, 0.7×0.9×1.5cm and 0.5×0.6×0.7cm, res-pectively.
