陰嚢が陰茎の前方に位置する陰茎前位陰嚢は非常にまれな奇形で，現在までに本邦では9例が報告されているに過ぎない。今回われわれは鎖肛を伴つた3歳男児の陰茎前位陰嚢の1例を経験したので報告する。
A baby was born on December 3, 1975, with full term delivery at Jieki University Hospital. The examination revealed a prepenile scrotum and imperforated anus. His mother had no history of recent X-ray exposure and administration of hormons.
The operation for the imperforated anus was performed on Jannuary 14, 1976, and the plastic opera-tion for prepenile scrotum was performed on August 20, 1979. Testosterone depot 1,000 unit was given before operation for enlargement of penis, and the result of our operation was satisfactory.
The literature on prepenile scrotum was reviewed and 9 cases in Japan were reported.
