陰嚢内血管腫の1例

A CASE OF INTRASCROTAL HEMANGIOMA

Ⅰ．まえがき

　陰嚢血管腫は陰嚢の皮膚と皮下組織に発生する型の2型があり，皮下組織（陰嚢内）に発生する型は陰嚢皮膚に発生するものよりもまれであり陰嚢内血管腫の本邦における報告は岩崎^1）の1例だけである。著者等は陰嚢血腫と鈍痛を訴えて来院した14才の陰嚢内血管腫の1例を経験したので，ここに若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

Intrascrotal hemangioma is a rare disease. A case in a 14 year old boy who visited our clinic with the chief complaint of scrotal hematoma with dull pain, was reported. The literature was reviewed and this is the second case in the Japanese literature.
